Source evidence has different strengths. Warwick and Cristina Marrone checks show that a collection is publicly listed. Romo checks join an exact fabric colourway to its official sitemap route. Designers Guild-family catalogue records remain visible with a clear “confirmation required” label when an automated lifecycle check is not available.
Listing is never presented as live stock. The automated Finder temporarily excludes only the affected supplier when its maintained snapshot is more than 30 days old; other suppliers remain searchable. Romo’s positive prices come from a separate, freshness-checked official product-page capture dated 24 July 2026.

Fabric Finder questions
Does the Fabric Finder show live stock?
No. Warwick and Cristina Marrone evidence is collection-level, while Romo evidence is an exact colourway route. None is a live stock feed. Designers Guild-family records are clearly marked for confirmation. Kennington Upholstery confirms the exact shade, lead time and sample availability.
Are the prices final?
No. Positive catalogue prices are per-metre guides. Romo results use an official design-level RRP captured from its public product page; other suppliers show the recorded catalogue amount with the catalogue export date, which is not a live supplier price-check date. “Price on request” means no positive metre price is stored. Kennington Upholstery confirms the current supplier price, required metreage and any pattern-repeat allowance.
How is fabric suitability checked?
Visual labels help narrow colour, pattern and texture. Upholstery use, composition and Martindale wear figures come from supplier-recorded catalogue specifications, while commercial or fire-performance requirements must be confirmed by the workshop.
How are recommendations selected?
